Delivery of orders
Orders within Ukraine will be shipped by Nova Poshta within 1-3 days after receiving confirmation that the order is ready for shipment (at the carrier's rates).
International orders will be shipped by Ukrposhta, or another carrier that you specify in a personal letter to [email protected], within 1-3 days after you receive confirmation that the order is ready for shipment (at the carrier's rates).
Taking into account the complex system of logistics from Ukraine to other countries caused by the military situation, we ask you to understand the possible delays in the delivery of your order, which, unfortunately, do not depend on us as a manufacturer.
In addition, there are uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may result in a delay in delivery. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
